Job Qualification Requirements:
Associate degree in aviation, transportation, logistics, mathematics or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years aircraft operations, load planning, dispatch support or related experience.
Load planning certification or ability to obtain certification; airport credentials.
Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to perform accurate weight, balance, fuel, and load calculations.
Knowledge of airline operations, aircraft limitations, and applicable FAA regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.; Proficient in airline operational systems and standard computer applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly; Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Adaptable, reliable, and able to manage changing operational priorities while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality; Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular operations as required.

Supports safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations by preparing flight plans, calculating aircraft weight, balance, and fuel requirements, and coordinating load information with flight crews and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate flight plans and calculate aircraft fuel, weight, and balance in accordance with airline, aircraft, and FAA requirements.
Develop and verify aircraft loading plans to ensure baggage, cargo, and mail are safely distributed and secured.
Prepare operational documentation, including flight plans, weather information, and NOTAMs.
Communicate flight planning, load, and operational information to flight crews and coordinate with ramp and operations personnel to support on-time departures.
Monitor assigned load-planning activities, identify and escalate operational or safety concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records, support continuous improvement initiatives, and perform other related duties as assigned.
